Is Shakeology a scam or a health supplement ripoff? With all these stupid scams in the health and fitness industry, it's not surprise that people are skeptical about what they buy! Anything from fitness equipment, weight loss products, and these so called super foods, literally anything could be a scam. Anyone that is trying to get in shape and get healthy are learning that a lot of these products have no benefit, and in some cases can cause you harm. While avoiding these products might seem simple, some scams are well-marketed and look very appealing.
Ok, I couldn’t let this question linger any longer. I’ve got to tell you right now, that it’s not a Shakeology scam. Why, and how do I know? Because I’ve had first hand experience with this product. I’ve been using this stuff for almost a year now. Unlike the many Shakeology reviews that you'll read on the internet, I have, and currently use Shakeology! But be warned, there's a ton people out there that will say anything and everything just to make some money off you.
The reason Shakeology isn't a scam, is because of the ingredients! Shakeology has over 70 all natural ingredients from all over the world (everything in Shakeology is all natural). Insanity vs P90X - Which Workout Course Is Best for You?
For the past year, I’ve been repeatedly asked: Which workout should I buy, Insanity vs P90X Workout? Personally I have completed both of the programs, so I can accuratly provide you with an excellent perspective on both.
Really the only real thing that matters is what you intend to accomplish, or what your goals are, that ought to decide which program you should get. The fact that you are asking this question already tells me that you are probably in good condition and that you just like challenges.
Neither of these programs is for beginners and they are considered among the most intense workouts out in the market. I personally have been exercising for pretty much two years now, and I believe I'm in pretty good condition! I've done weight lifting, HIIT training, and a number of other different sports over the course of my life. But let me tell ya, whenever I do an insanity workout one can guarrantee that I'm going to feel in it the morning! No matter how many times I’ve done it, I always feel challenged and I am not sure I'll ever be able to out do any of these programs.

P90X is more of a weight resistance workout program, it does contain five weight lifting workouts, and several different stretching and cardiovascular worouts. Insanity is only a cardio based program. It's simple, strait up cardio. So If you are looking to lose weight, Insanity is unquestionably the best way to go, but if you wish to build muscle, I'd go with P90X.

P90X is a 90 day home fitness program that is designed on the science of muscle confusion. I find that a lot of people tend to do the same workout routines over and over again, not only will you not make any progress doing this, but it will most likely be rather boring. Sooner or later, the results you achieve are smaller and smaller, and you end up hitting a “plateau”. The philosophy behind Muscle Confusion is to avoid your body getting used to a particular routine, and therefore reaching this plateau. By mixing things up you are constantly challenging your muscles to obtain maximum results and it will keep you mentally motivated and interested in your workouts as you start reaching your fitness goals. In short, if you want to gain muscle, and get in shape at the same time, this is the program for you!
P90X vs Insanity - Insanity Overview
INSANITY is a 60 day workout program that is based on the theory of Max Interval Training. The idea behind Insanity is to do longer bursts of intense exercise, followed by a shorter period of rest and recovery. These burst of high intensity exercise can range anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute, and usually there are short periods of rest in between. Believe me, with this kind of exercise you are going to burn fat much faster than you would doing regular cardio. Studies demonstrate that it’s a more effective way for losing fat and gaining lean muscle mass especially in the core and abdominal area. Also it has been demonstrated that it will help you build endurance and overcome fatigue.

P90X vs Insanity - Pro's and Con's
Some pros to P90X is that it’s a great all around workout that has some awesome resistance workouts as well as cardio workouts. In addition, there are three different versions of the program, classic, lean, and doubles. This allows you to adjust the program to what your goals are! whether you want to tone up, lose weight, and even put on some muscle. Also, Tony Horton (creator of P90X) is a really great motivator. If he can't get you pumped for the workout then no one can!
Some cons to P90X is that the workouts are a little bit longer then Insanity. If you’re going to do P90X you really need to commit to the workouts and set aside enough time each day to do them.
A few pro's to Insanity is that you don't need ANY workout equipment. That is a huge pro because you don’t have to store any bulky equipment in your living room or garage, and it makes the workouts really easy to stick with if you travel a lot. Like I mentioned earlier, the workouts are also a lot shorter than P90X. Having shorter workouts makes it a lot easier for people to stick through the whole workout, and since the program is only 60 days long it makes doing the whole program easier as well.
One really huge con to Insanity is that this program is certainly not for beginners, if you're new to exercise I would certainly avoid this program. And, since your only doing body weight exercises for resistance, the likelyhood of adding size and mass with this program is extremely unlikely.
P90X vs Insanity - Closing Thoughts
All in all, both programs are fantastic and the choice is completely up to you. Remember though to choose the program according to your goals! If you want to build more muscle and get in great shape, P90X is definitely the way to go. However, if you just want to slim down and look amazing the Insanity should be your choice.
